Purchased a 50 bottle wine cooler from Home Depot on Dec 24th 2012 and it quit cooling in June of 204. Called their customer service people and was told to get a appliance repairman and let them know what he found.

Upon analyzing the problem he indicated it was either low on Freon, or had a bad relay switch. Both are in the sealed portion therefore he could not fix. When we called back customer service they said they only warranty the condenser and would not stand behind the product. This is outrageous that they would not address this.

Their product are absolute junk.

Just look at all the review on the web about all Magic Chefs products. I wish I would have before I bought one.

Monetary Loss: $400.
